A relational and integrative approach to psychotherapy

About

People often come to therapy when life feels too much to carry alone. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by old patterns. It might be stress, difficulties in your relationships, or a feeling of disconnection from yourself or others. Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to be heard and understood.

My approach is relational and somatic. This means I pay attention to both your inner world and the way your body carries experience. Together, we make sense of what feels painful and explore what might need care, creating space for new ways of being with yourself and others.

I work with individuals and couples in Shepparton and across the Goulburn Valley, as well as supporting clients via telehealth throughout Australia. Some people come for short-term support around a particular challenge; others choose longer-term work to go deeper. However you arrive, the pace and direction are shaped by what feels right for you.

This practice was founded on my own experiences of how meaningful therapy can be — the kind of space where feeling understood allows real change to unfold. That belief continues to guide my work, and it’s what I hope to offer each person who comes through the door.

If you are seeking thoughtful, trauma-informed support, I would be glad to meet you.
