Meet the people behind the practice

A woman with dark, wavy hair and fair skin smiling at the camera, wearing a white button-up shirt. Behind her, there is a large plant with broad leaves and a framed picture hanging on a wall, all in a warmly lit room.

INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPIST & FOUNDER

Nina Brown

Nina Brown is an integrative psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples across a range of emotional and interpersonal concerns. Her approach is warm and relational, drawing on evidence-based models tailored to the needs of each client, with particular attention to how early life experiences shape our relationship to ourselves and others.

She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relational difficulties, and the longer-term impacts of emotional neglect and developmental trauma. Nina offers a reflective and collaborative therapeutic space ,one that supports self-understanding, emotional regulation, and meaningful, lasting change.

She holds a Bachelor of Counselling and Psychotherapy and brings experience from both clinical and community settings. Her work is supported by ongoing professional development, regular clinical supervision, and a strong commitment to ethical, client-centred care.
